GASWERK MUSIC DAYS 2026 - KRAUT & IMPROA day devoted to bands, ensembles, and instrumental constellations, shaped by experimentation, improvisation, and a strong sense of collective play. In the open-air setting of the gART.n, live bands Embryo and libelle unfold extended forms that move freely between structure and openness, drawing from kraut-inspired approaches as well as broader jazz influences and cross-cultural musical languages. As the evening continues indoors at BLOCK1, the focus shifts towards Crazy Mega Jam, the evolving collective project curated by Andreas Völk. Emerging from the Gaswerksiedlung community and reconfigured for each edition, the ensemble brings together a core group of Gaswerk resident musicians alongside invited guests in ever-changing formations.
