It's characterized by upbeat music, dynamic Hip and Head movements, turns, rotation between couples, and its socially inclusive energy. In our weekly Beginner classes we'll introduce you to the Basics of Lambada like Soltinho, Bonus, Turns, Body Movement, Boneca, Chicote, and the basic concepts, so you can have fun at the socials!
