Zoon Phonanta, Cobra Killer

Berlin trio Zoon Phonanta celebrate the release of their sophomore album "Emergency Lies" with a special Album Release Show at Neue Zukunft on September 20th. Excitingly, the very very special guests are Berlin's legendary electronic art-punk duo Cobra Killer, who will play their first show in almost 14 years! Emergency Lies is released on Sep 18th on Bronzerat Records (Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Solex) and is a fearless and restless trip through propulsive krautrock groove, big beat electronica, oscillating cinematic horror, hook-laden post-pop and beyond. It features a guest appearance by Cobra Killer on forthcoming single "Mantra Man" - so it was then decreed that the duo re-emerge from the shadows for this special show. Other guest appearances include A.S. Fanning, on post-punk diss banger "Badcats" which is already released as a single, and Gemma Ray on the mesmeric synthpop of "Run For Your Money".
